A large terrace with table, chairs and barbecue is where guests can spend time, in addition there are also sun loungers on the terrace. A big attraction is the loggia, which comfortably seats 4 people. A smokehouse is also available for smoking enthusiasts. The plot also has ball gates, balls, a swing, a hammock and a fire pit. "Walnut Tree Cottages of Power" is a place where you are close to nature and simple, unhurried living. We have built 4 houses here - Mezzanine Black designs of 35 m² with a mezzanine floor. Although each house is the same design - each has been decorated differently, so they have a unique character that describes their names, which are: Cottage of the Heart, Gratitude, Dreams and Joy. The houses are for rent, and the hosts here are Marta and Piotr, whose goal is that everyone leaves after their stay filled with positive energy.

The Mezzanine Smart 35m² project has a slightly different look: due to the requirements of the local plan, the classic seam metal roofing had to be replaced with a burgundy-coloured tile. The building owners also decided to change the colour of the window frames - the outside was colour-matched to the colour of the metal sheet, while the inside is white. This is completed by a classic terrace with a 10 m² pergola.

The investors decided to dispense with the lower bedroom so that the ground floor is really spacious. A photovoltaic system is installed on the building, and instead of a classic wooden terrace, it was made of concrete slabs.
