- TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE NEWSLETTER SERVICE
(1) These Terms and Conditions for the Newsletter Service, hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions", set forth the rules for provision of content by electronic mail (hereinafter referred to as the "Newsletter Service") by the Operator of the Service. The Operator of the Service shall be HowSmart Sp.z.o.o with its registered seat in Warsaw, ul.

- These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") set out the rules for the provision and use of the free Newsletter service.
- The Newsletter service is provided by HowSmart Sp.z.o.o with its registered office in Warsaw at ul.Gubinowska 4/77, 02-956 Warsaw, entered in the KRS register: 0000870772 , NIP:9512510878, REGON:387615546 hereinafter referred to as "HowSmart".
- Within the Newsletter service, HowSmart sends information in the form of an electronic letter (e-mail), hereinafter referred to as the "Newsletter", via e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the User. The Newsletter service is provided free of charge for an indefinite period of time.
- The newsletter contains information about HowSmart's current product offerings, news about HowSmart's offerings, current promotions or other news about HowSmart and the products HowSmart offers, including reviews, press materials, links (links) to the websites of HowSmart's affiliates.
- Each Newsletter sent also includes:
- Use of the Newsletter service is subject to the User's possession of a computer or other multimedia device with an operating system supporting popular web browsers (Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera), with access to the Internet, and to the User's possession of an active electronic mail (e-mail) account. Full functionality of access to Newsletter information displayed in web browsers may require the User to approve files cookies. However, HowSmart does not guarantee the possibility or effectiveness of using the Newsletter in whole or in part with all available tools.
- The ordering and use of the Newsletter service shall only take place if the User completes the following registration steps together:
- - providing the user's electronic mail address (e-mail address) in the form on the website, - agreeing to receive, at the electronic mail address (e-mail address) provided in the form, commercial information within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on electronic provision of services, - acceptance of these Regulations and Privacy Policy.
- Once the Newsletter service has been requested and the user has clicked on the link providing registration for the Newsletter service, the user's e-mail address will be added to HowSmart's e-mailing list and will be used to send the user the Newsletter and commercial information.
- The use of the Newsletter and the content contained therein is allowed only for personal use for purposes in accordance with its purpose, as well as in accordance with the provisions of the law, the Regulations and good morals. The use of the Newsletter in any organised commercial or non-profit activity without HowSmart's consent is not permitted.
- When using the Newsletter service, the User may not provide unlawful content.
- The administrator of the Newsletter Users' personal data is HowSmart Sp.z.o.o with its registered office in Warsaw at ul.Gubinowska 4/77, 02-956 Warsaw, entered in the KRS register: 0000870772 , NIP:9512510878, REGON:387615546.
- HowSmart processes the collected personal data in accordance with the currently applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, with particular regard to the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services. Users' personal data will be processed in order to provide the Newsletter service and in order to fulfil the legally justified purposes of HowSmart, which are considered in particular the marketing of the administrator's own products and services.
- You have the right to freely access and correct your personal data at any time.
- The user has the right to be informed whether and to what extent and for what purpose his or her personal data are processed.
- Principles of collection, processing and protection of personal data and use of files cookiesare set out in the Privacy Policy posted on the website at: www.howsmart.pl under "Privacy Policy".
- The user may at any time, without stating a reason and without incurring costs, change the previously indicated electronic mail address (e-mail address) to which the Newsletter is sent or cancel the Newsletter service.

- The complaint will be considered and a reply given on how it has been dealt with within fourteen days of its receipt by HowSmart in accordance with the details indicated in the complaint. If there are any deficiencies in the complaint submitted, HowSmart will ask the User to complete them. If the required data is not provided, HowSmart will inform the User that the complaint cannot be processed.
- HowSmart reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. HowSmart shall inform Users of the content of the changes by posting a notice on the website www.lilou.pl no later than 14 days before the changes take effect. The User shall additionally be informed of the change to the Terms and Conditions by e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the User.
- Where an amendment to the Terms and Conditions does not give rise to, terminate or alter the obligations or rights of the User or HowSmart, the content of the amendments to the Terms and Conditions may only be published on the website www.howsmart.pl.
- These Terms and Conditions are available free of charge at www.howsmart.pl under "Newsletter Terms and Conditions" in a form that allows obtaining, reproducing and recording the content of these Terms and Conditions by means of a teleinformatic system used by the User.
- The Rules of Procedure shall enter into force on the date of publication.
