Jarosław Koczyński
An entrepreneur with a vision. Nothing is impossible for him. He gained his experience working in the industrial and construction sectors. He has led production line modernisation projects for companies such as British American Tobacco, Wrigley Company and Reckitt Benckiser. He is the originator of the HowSmart idea and the founder of our brand. His passion is cycling trips through the Mazurian wilderness.
Natalia Turek
Attention to detail is very important to her. She gained her professional experience working in managerial positions in service companies. She has a degree in Logistics from the National Defence Academy and in Finance and Accounting from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. At HowSmart, she is responsible for optimising logistics processes. She spends her free time discovering interesting and unexplored places with a backpack on her back.
Łukasz Czapliński
Graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology construction faculty. He has 16 years of experience in the construction industry. He has gained his practice in global construction companies, in positions related to supervising construction sites, managing the product portfolio or implementing innovative solutions and technologies in the construction industry. At Howsmart, he is responsible for the execution and procurement department of construction sites. He is not afraid of challenges and is always looking for solutions. In his free time, he likes to travel and discover new places on earth.
Passionate about architecture. Design has taken over her entire life. She puts her knowledge gained at the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology and her whole heart into her projects. Scandinavia is a great inspiration for her. In her free time, she learns Swedish and paints.
Architect, member of the Chamber of Architects of the Republic of Poland. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology, having studied
also at the Universidad de Alcalá de Henares in Spain. She has gained professional experience in design studios and on construction sites
in Switzerland, Mexico, Spain and Poland, including the construction of the Zlota 44 skyscraper. Since 2015, she and her husband have been running the Eureka Architekci studio. It specialises in single-family house projects, as well as extensions and conversions.
In his spare time, he travels with his family around Poland and Europe in a self-built campervan.
President of InnoDOM Sp z o.o., which deals with the introduction, design and implementation of modern heating systems and photovoltaic installations. Master's degree in higher education. In the company responsible for supervising the entire process of managing and coordinating the various stages of installation. Interested in new technologies, geopolitics, fishing and sports.
At HowSmart, she handles administrative and logistical matters. Her responsibilities also include responding to and solving ongoing challenges. Nothing is impossible for her. She has all the information she needs, so she will answer any question and give advice on how to solve any problem. The work she does brings her a lot of joy and satisfaction. Office work doesn't have to be boring! Especially when the documents show that HowSmart is growing at a dizzying pace. Privately, she is a happy wife and mother with the soul of an artist.
Architect, co-founder of Simple Design Studio. When asked "What do you want to become?" Ever since I was a child, the answer was one "Architect" and that's what I became. When designing, function always goes hand in hand with form. He has been gaining experience for 15 years all over Poland designing both single-family housing and commercial buildings. With a passion for design, he combines it with visualisation and animation. Without architecture and motorisation, life would be much poorer.
Tomasz Białous
Daniel Martinez Garcia
Architect, member of the Chamber of Architects of the Republic of Poland. He is a graduate of Faculdad de Arquitectura de Universidad de Alcalá de Henares in Spain and also studied at Università d'Architettura Ludovico Quaroni in Rome. He gained professional experience in leading Polish design offices and on construction sites including the building of the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Warsaw.
Since 2015, he and his wife have been running the Eureka Architekci studio. He specialises in single-family house projects, as well as extensions and conversions.

He graduated in logistics from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, gaining a solid foundation in process management. He appreciates dynamics and challenges, which makes him approach each new project with enthusiasm and commitment. Passionate about cars, sport and travel. Dajana Majewska
I have been working as a Financial Expert since 2011. I took my first steps in the industry at Money Expert S.A., where I spent two very intensive years training and gathering experience. In 2103, unexpectedly, it was time for a change and, with my previous experience, I moved to Gold Finance Sp. z o.o. to further pursue my professional plans. From 2016 to March 2018, I realised myself as a Branch Manager of Gold Finance to finally set up my own company in March 2018 and build the Majewscy Biznes Partner brand. My specialisation is mortgages. I graduated from law school in 2016 and continue to pursue my studies in this field.
Dominik Majewski
I started my work in banking in 2004 in Bank BGŻ. At first I held the position of Customer Advisor. After a short time I was promoted to Branch Manager. Already then I knew that I wanted to specialise in corporate finance, so in 2006 I moved to Bank Zachodni WBK and held the position of Business Advisor there until 2011. During those 5 years there, I gained my first experience in dealing with clients running their own businesses and received numerous training courses that firmly established my knowledge.
Between 2011 and 2012, I had the opportunity to participate in a project to introduce factoring at Idea Bank. I acted as a coordinator there. Managing such a large project was a great experience for me. In 2012, I took up the position of Private Banking Advisor at Getin Noble Bank. I provided services to dedicated clients all over Poland so I got to know the specifics of entrepreneurs and individuals from different regions of our country. This allowed me to learn more about the local character of many industries and the problems they face. All these changes and experiences allowed me to make the decision to start my own company in 2018 and build the Majewscy Biznes Partner brand.
