Modern Smart 50 is a home for clients who appreciate the highest standard of finishing and modern unconventional style. Ideal for those who value spending time with friends and family. What distinguishes the Modern Smart 50 project is the beautiful side glazing providing an opening of the house to the garden making you feel as if you are in the garden without getting off the sofa, windows in the gable of the building provide excellent lighting for the rooms and give the building a modern look. The use of seamed metal sheeting throughout the facade gives the building a modern feel and is easy to use with no maintenance as is the case with timber facades.
