Project description

The Narrow Smart 2 project is a house that can be built for an application on a narrow and unusual plot of land. We wanted to create a functional house that would fit into long but narrow plots, and we succeeded in doing so by adopting the right proportions. Its beautiful glazing, which provides plenty of sun for the occupants, catches the eye at first glance. The layout of the rooms and the additional bedroom on the ground floor in addition to the mezzanine floor means that up to 6 people can stay in this house at the same time. The beautiful glazing of the mezzanine made of tempered glass keeps the mezzanine separated from the living area, thus creating an oasis of relaxation. The ten square metre terrace, which can be accessed directly from the living room, will be a place to spend time with family and friends. Ideal for families with children and a larger group of friends.
